This corresponds to a mobile telecommunications service which is charged in advance, where the balance initially credited by the user is discounted according to the use of the service.

Yes, all prepaid service users must register their personal data in this system, which will guarantee the availability of an updated national base of prepaid numbers.
Is there any cost?
No, registration through this platform by the user is free of charge.
Should the prepaid line holder be the one who registers the number?
No, the registration of the prepaid line must be made by the person who actually uses the telephone service.
How many prepaid lines can I register in my name?
Users with an identity card, minors identity card (TIM), migratory identity document for foreigners (DIMEX) or foreigners with a passport may register a maximum of five (5) prepaid lines. In the case of legal persons, they may register a maximum of one hundred (100) prepaid lines.
How long is the registration period of the prepaid line in this database?
The validity period of a prepaid number in the database is one (1) year, at the end of this period, the system will send an e-mail to the user to renew the registration.
What happens if I do not renew the prepaid line registration after one (1) year has passed?
The platform deletes the registration of the prepaid line in case the user does not complete the renewal process after the expiration of one year, which in turn prevents the user from enjoying the aforementioned benefits.
What is an OTP (One Time Password)?
The OTP key, or one-time password, is a security mechanism that is sent via SMS message or obtained by calling the 1600 phone number. This key is used by the web platform to validate the users identity.
Is the personal information entered in the Prepaid Database confidential?
Yes, such information is only known and used by SUTEL and the users service operator, exclusively for the purposes authorized by the legislation in force.
Can I remove a prepaid number I no longer use from the registry?
Yes, the user can request such withdrawal by accessing the "My Registration" section of the WEB platform.
